I like this higher potency vitamin D3 because the ingredients give me more balance when taking them through the day. Great for those who want to up their intake. Speaking of which, they are easy to swallow. I’ve always liked the quality of packaging of this brand. Overall great value! I recommend taking with Magnesium Bisglycinate for maximum absorption.

    I have found this form of Vitamin C the best to use. Most others are the chewing kind. I don't like the flavor of those, although I do have to cut these particular pills in half to swallow easily. Many years ago I was told by a medical doctor to only take Vitamin C when coming down with a cold and take 6000 mg at a time. This approach has worked well for me and the cold is gone in a couple of days. As I am not a doctor but do have extensive medical knowledge I cannot speak to anyone with any authority, but this has worked for me for many years.
