Taste good and keeps me energized!
This mushroom coffee tastes really good and keeps me energized! The powder dissolves well in hot water without leaving any residue. I find it a bit pricy for the quantity but quality ingrédiants do have a price! ;) Overall I'm pleased with this coffee plus it makes a great gift for coffee lovers!

    I've been trying to find instant coffee with additional health benefits and Dodjivi is it! It tastes great and I love the green tea extract, reishi mushroom powder etc - they're very good for you. It doesn't give me the jitters like other coffees which is key. People complaining about the price haven't done the math. Whether you're using 2 teaspoons as a serving or 1, either way you're still paying under a dollar for a cup of coffee. I'm not sure where you could get a better deal except maybe McDonalds. I made the mistake of ordering the smaller bag, but I'll definitely go for the 200g bag next time because I'll be able to get 65-130 servings out of it depending on how many teaspoons I use per serving.

    I didn't really feel any benefits of this coffee. Not unlike any other instant coffee there's some sediments sits at the bottom of my cup. As I read through some of the reviews here, not sure how others put coffee in their smoothies, that's disgusted me. Anyhow, this is a fair review coming from a real consumer.

    I enjoy having 1-2 coffees in the morning (sometimes a latte or espresso or bold dark roast). I also enjoy trying new and different coffees experiences and with that in mind when I saw this Dodjivi Organic Mushroom Coffee on 鶹 so I decided to give it a try.

    This is instant coffee so no brewer or french press is necessary. This coffee mix features 100% arabica coffee, organic reishi mushroom powder, ginseng, green tea extracts and other herbs. This product is gluten free, vegan, sugar free, keto and non-GMO.

    When I first tried it I didn't know what to expect taste-wise but this mixture definitely has a different taste from pure coffee. You can tell that it has coffee in it but there are other tastes as well. I don't hate the taste but I also don't think it is the best thing I ever tasted. I have only had a few cups so far so there is also the chance that the taste might grow on me by the time I finish the bag. The bag I received has a long expiry date (Nov 21 2024) and is resealable once opened.

    I don't know exactly how to sum up this product because on one hand I really like my regular coffee that I have been drinking for years and this is rather different than that. I am neutral on the taste. On the other hand I like that fact that it contains herbs that can potentially help with immune support and have other health benefits. I am really undecided on this product. I will continue to drink it until I finish the bag and then will decide if it is something that I will add to my diet.

    My Wife and I adore coffee. Our usual go-to for home is a whole bean dark espresso roast for comparison. In the past, we have tried a few mushroom blends. All have tasted fantastic but not all of them taste exactly like plain coffee. This mushroom blend by DODJIVI is in that category. It is a smooth, robust, and rich tasting beverage that nods more towards coffee than it actually tastes or smells like coffee. If I may be so bold as to name drop, I find that this DODJIVI mushroom blend is to coffee what Ovaltine is to hot-chocolate; it stands on its own and is its very own type of hot beverage.

    This Canadian made blend is pre-ground and acts like an instant coffee dissolving quickly and completely in hot water. This makes it is great to travel with. Measure out a serving and take it to work with you to enjoy in the afternoon when your energy starts to lag after lunch. The blend does offer a gentle energy boost which we put to the test a few times after limited sleep or during busy days.

    My wife got creative in the kitchen with it one night. When she cooks roast beef, she usually sneaks a little coffee into the gravy to add umami. This time, instead of using a shot of espresso or a healthy dash of instant granules, she used the DODJIVI blend. It added a very pleasant but entirely different flavour to the gravy. Very good indeed!

    If you are looking for a mushroom blend coffee that tastes just like coffee, there are other blends out there that more closely mimic the flavour. If you are looking for a tasty hot beverage to enjoy that gives you an easy energy boost and lots of flavour, than order this Dodjivi Organic Mushroom Coffee. It is always a good idea to change up and challenge your palate and this is a very good tasting way to do it.

    It's pretty much instant coffee with a touch of mushroom taste. I don't really like instant coffee, so that's not unexpected for me not to like this product. I had to pour half a cup of milk to make it "drinkable" to me, but that might be because I'm a coffee snob or something. I'm sure a lot of people will find the taste to be just fine.

    On the other hand, it doesn’t give me jitters or anything, and I take it in the late afternoon, but I usually must drink a lot of coffee to become jittery, so it’s hard to say whether the “No jitter or crash” is true

    However, by using 2 tsp per cup, you get up to 20 cups out of this, so it turns out to be over $1 per cup, which is substantially higher than instant coffee though.
