    Researched wheelchair seat cushions and ROHO kept coming up with high ratings. This seat cushion and cover are excellent. The price was the best. The first 10 days or so, you do need to add air as the seat adjusts to your weight and after that, it rarely needs more air. The cover is high quality too and washes easily. Highly recommend!

    As a Long Term Care nurse for 15 yrs, I know robot cushions are excellent to avoid ulcers. I spend most of my awake hrs sitting due to a health condition & because of financial restraints this roho fit the bill. Of course for the 1st few days had to pump it up every couple of hours. Once the cells had stretched, pumping it up has reduced significantly, once every couple of months or so. The difference from the more expensive rohos is the cells are larger. The problem is the air valve. Plastic & hard to turn when you have to open, to add air, and close when done. Along with my feet not supporting me (all of 100 pounds of me) my hands & fingers hardly work either so it would help if it was more like a valve with a lever instead of a small cap you have to turn. Thought about using plyers to grab the small cap but because it’s plastic I’m scared when I try to turn it I’ll ruin it. Maybe I’ll cut it off & install a lever valve. I don’t know, just know it’s time to add air & I can’t open the valve. Ideas?
