Directions

Adults 19 years and older - 4 capsules 1 time per day. Adolescents 9-18 years - 2-4 capsules 1 time per day. Children 4-8 years - 1-2 capsules 1 time per day. Children 1-3 years - 1 capsule 1 time per day. For children under the age of 6 years: Open capsule and mix content into food or drink prior to consumption. To prevent choking, do not allow children less than 6 years old to swallow capsule whole.

Awesome sleep supplement
I take this magnesium L threonate supplement close to or just before bed time to help me sleep. It's been studied to be able to pass the blood brain barrier. I like how its Canadian made in a facility licensed by Health Canada. The bottle is BPA free. It does not require refrigeration after opening. It's also non GMO. I have not experienced any negative side effects. There's no smell from the capsules nor is there any taste or after taste. With 124 capsules and the suggested serving of four capsules per day that makes this a thirty one days apply or one month. For $27 after coupon, its a great deal for threonate.

    Like so many folks have mentioned, taking 4 tablets daily is a bit of a chore, but I continue to use this as I find it may have its benefits. I’ve been taken them for about 3 weeks now, at bedtime, and I already feel a difference with my sleep. It is improving how soundly I sleep, and it also seems to be helping with my muscle function (I have not had any cramps since I’ve been taking them, and I used to get a lot of muscle cramps before). So I’d recommend trying those if you’re looking to improve your sleep (that was my main reason for getting them) and for other benefits.

    I've made myself a supplement guinea pig for a few years and experimented with different forms of Magnesium, including Glycinate, Citrate, Taurate and Malate.

    L-Threonate is my go-to form for waking up refreshed and coming into the day with a calm sense of clarity (which can last well into the day). I combine it with L-Theanine before bed and the effects have been absolutely noticeable. I would have it in my top 3 for must-have supplements, especially given that 60% of us are deficient in magnesium.

    While effects aren't especially well-researched yet, there is a study that claims that Mag L-T can turn back the clock on cognitive performance in seniors, and there are many anecdotal testimonials of people claiming that their sleep monitoring has shown that it's provided longer periods of deep sleep.

    If you're looking for higher quality sleep, I'd take this 10/10 times over Melatonin. I take it mainly at night with 3-4 capsules. I get sleepy and relaxed within 30 minutes and drift off to sleep with ease.

    As a domestic brand at a reasonable price you can't go wrong here.
