    This product is great. So great it is my first and so far only subscribe and save product. My boyfriend and I are body builders. This is great to help with muscle cramps and to improve our REM. I've actually started to have dreams again. It makes me feel a lot more rested and recovered when I wake up for the 4am gym sessions.

    As far as taste goes... my boyfriend can chug it down with water. I'm scared to try that because I am definitely more picky than he is, but I mix mine with diet cranberry juice and all it does is dilute the taste of the cranberry juice. So if you aren't counting sugar content or calories then try regular cranberry juice and I'm sure you won't notice a difference.
