Received this a few days ago and I was very impressed by the secure packaging. I removed it and charged it completely before firing it up for the first time. It was a very easy setup, however you need to be a little bit computer savvy to run through the steps as there was absolutely no documentation and it helps to know a bit to make the correct setup choices. That being said, the setup ran smoothly. The battery life seems to be pretty darn long, my guess is 5 hours - but might be more or less, depending on what you’re doing.
I did look at some of the reviews that were negative saying what they had received was different than advertised, but I took that with a grain of salt. This computer is absolutely immaculate, there is not a mark or scratch on it. It has a touch screen, which works, battery seems good. The charger looks new.
On the setup it asked if I wanted to stay with Windows 10 or Windows 11 - I stayed with Windows 10.
I am pretty familiar with computers so I had no problem with setting this up, if you aren’t that familiar with the setup, ask a friend to help you with the setup questions.
