So yes, I am very satisfied with the laptop so far after a few days of use. This is my first refurb laptop, but I have a refurb mini desktop that's been rock solid for 2 years, so I decided to give it go to replace an old Acer that is having some seeming hardware issues. So much lighter than Acer, battery life is what I'd expect (went 5 hours watching videos with battery to spare), I'm not a gamer so I can't say how good it is for high resource games, but it's plenty fast for general use. This one doesn't have a touch screen, but that's a plus in my book, and does have a lit keyboard (as someone mentioned theirs did not).
One thing I did want to mention: although the description says Windows 10 Pro, this came with Windows 11 Pro. Now personally, I specifically wanted 10 not 11, so that was a problem. I contacted the seller and they informed me that the key was in the BIOS and good for Win 10 or 11 Pro, and they said were getting more complaints for NOT having 11, and I could either install Win 10 Pro myself and it would activate automatically, or I could return it and they'd give me a Win 10 replacement. I did the reinstall myself and it went flawlessly. So for those of you who do in fact want Win 10, I hope that's useful to know and saves you some time.
