Same issue experienced as others have written, front left wheel is bent to one side and rubs against the back wheel. It is dangerous, and impossible to use. I just purchased it brand new and looked great but awaiting a response from the 3rd party seller regarding what appears to be a know issue. Disappointing as again, it looks great but cannot be used!

    We’ve had this wheelchair now for about a year now and I’ve gotta say, it’s been great. I can’t give 4 stars since it took about more than one month to get one of the foot rest replaced due to a bad wielding. Unfortunately the one they sent for a replacement also had a problem and so I had to return that and wait for another replacement. I gotta say though, costumer service is great and only had to take pictures of the problem and they replaced it as soon as they could. Breaks are functional but it was pretty hard to use at first as we had to put a lot of strength for it to lock. One thing to consider, if the person sitting locks the wheelchair by themselves (aka locking it the usual way, manually), the break lock on the back will not work until its unlocked manually again. weight was heavier than expected as we had one previously and this was heavier. Size is good for thin or normal individuals but make sure to double check as always. No problems with Maneuverability.

    I was very impressed with this product. It is sturdy and came pre-assembled, for the exception of the foot rests. The instructions, with diagrams, are easy to follow so that you know the proper way of folding. It is compact once it is folded, but for someone my age, it's not as light for me, but I'm sure it wouldn't be difficult to lift from a much younger person. The arms lift up and back out of the way if someone was using this for work, my purpose was to get my husband to the dinner table. I believe this is a great value for this product, in comparison to others I've seen. The only thing that it doesn't come with and is missed is a seat belt for safety purpose. There are 2 areas to apply brakes, the handles as well as at the side, if the person in it is in control.
    I purchased this for my husband, who has mobility issues due to Alzheimer's. He fits comfortable in the chair, but would definitely recommend that you purchase an additional padded cushion for extra comfort, if your loved one will be in it for long periods of time.

    I can't really say enough about how good this wheelchair turned out to be. When ordering it online I was expecting something rickity, easy to break and not worth my money, but I was totally wrong. It's not the sturdiest wheelchair in the world and isn't large enough for myself (over 250lbs), but for my 200lb father it's perfect. It came assembled, all I had to do was put on the foot supports, but my father didn't end up using them anyway. I could use it well pushing him, but it was light enough he was soon wheeling himself around the house. It can withstand going over small bumps and shallow steps, just take your time and don't abuse it. Stores away easily and easy to clean. Didn't have anything break off or crack. I figure it't been pretty good for what I paid. I wouldn't recommend using it outside very much, though. Around the home or indoors, great. But not outside.
