  Same issue experienced as others have written, front left wheel is bent to one side and rubs against the back wheel. It is dangerous, and impossible to use. I just purchased it brand new and looked great but awaiting a response from the 3rd party seller regarding what appears to be a know issue. Disappointing as again, it looks great but cannot be used!
