I was looking for a high quality car ramp for my son and opted for this pre-built wooden one. I was excited to receive it but disappointed to find it cracked on the edges of the top ramp; this prevented the balls from falling into the second ramp as the first ramp ended up being too low. The cars however, ran very smoothly and I was impressed by the variety of cars and balls the product came with. Overall, if the product was not damaged, it would have been a good buy.

    A very well built toy. Top notch material- wood all round. We opened it and a 3 year old would not stop playing with it. Over and over and over . . . . Small cars, big balls, and one articulated car. You can put them down one at a time or all at once. Nicely designed to work each and every time. This will be a keeper- and a hand me down to the next one.

    This is a really simple, but fun toy for kids to play with. I think it’s gender neutral too, and having a toy that doesn’t require batteries, isn’t filled with plastic, or easy to break is a plus. The cars and balls are nicely sized, and easy for kid sized hands to pick up and place, even one handed.

    I think this toy helps with hand-eye coordination, which is good. I think it gives younger kids a sense of accomplishment when they get the car moving. The cars also move pretty fast too, so they won’t have to wait forever for the cars to get to the bottom.

    The toy is also finished well. The materials are all sanded, and it feels well built. There aren’t any rough edges that I can feel, nothing is loose, and the cars move really easily.

    I think while this toy is expensive, it can be used for years, and even passed on when your children are done with it. I think the design is simple but effective, and the materials are high quality. If you’re looking to give this as a gift, I would say it’s also pretty nice, but I’d probably give it to a younger kid, probably a toddler, rather than an older kid (as it can get pretty repetitive).
