    This thing is awesome. I use it for more than just simple 'pain relief'. It works awesome to knock out muscle knots (AKA Trigger Points) in all parts of the body. I put it on fairly high power ....trying to get up to 40 or 50 on an area where the muscle feels tight. At first it feels like a burning hot iron is on the muscle. But eventually the muscle will start to "twitch" and once that happens the muscle knot will go away in 3-5 days. The muscle will feel like you did a serious work out on it. You also might experience some Detoxing from the muscle starting to move. Trigger Points are notorious for storing waste. I've rid my body of many nagging and debilitating trigger points with this thing!!!

    We bought this device in Dec ‘23 .. it stopped working after one month.. reached out to the seller for resolution, did multiple follow ups.. but no result.. highly disappointed with the quality of the product.. it’s not worth of the price at all.. will not be recommending!

    My wife tells me it feels like mosquito bites, I have to agree. Definitely not a ems unit, feels like rapid pulse of electrical zapping. I was hoping for a deep muscle contraction and release from the ems unit, but pulse are too quick and short apart.

    Also there is no difference between ems and rems setting both feel almost identical. I owned a real ems unit in the past, it didn't feel like mosquito bites and really flexed and relaxed my muscle deeply. This is a useless toy, and I suspect other devices like this are also a waste of money.

    If you're looking for a ems system, just buy the real thing. For rems I don't see this really helping, made my wife itchy.

    This product came with a poorly written manual even a scientist and electrical engineer could not understand. It states clearly in the manual that this is a medical device that should only be used under supervision and knowledge of a doctor or physio therapist who can show which setting and where to put the device. Otherwise it is a guessing game and it is another dust collector as they do not give refunds under any circumstances.

    When I called there so called customer service, they said they had nothing to do with the description of the ad and I was meet with extreme rudeness and hostility.
