As the title says I have been using this product for almost a year. I purchased this disinfectant and cleaner because I wanted something that was 'natural,' and safe to use in my home. I typically get headaches from artificial scents that are usually in your general cleaning products, like Lysol and Mr. Clean. However, this one does not give me headaches/migraines. I also appreciated that in order to disinfect, you only need to let it sit for three minutes! This is great because I don't have to wait as long in order to clean my space. Additionally, this product can be used ALL over your home, from the bathroom to the kitchen and in between. I have two separate refillable spray bottles by Mr. Siga (high quality, highly recommend!), one for my bathroom and the other for everywhere else. I typically just use it in the kitchen though. Specifically, I really like that I can just spray down my surface area, cutting board, knife, and sink after prepping chicken. I am a bit of a germaphobe if I am being honest, and this gives me peace of mind that my family and I are safe from any chicken-related food-borne contaminants. I can tell it is working because I don't get any funky smells if I leave the kitchen equipment in the sink for a day or two. Usually, things will start to smell funky, pretty quickly. I learned that DR THYMol is an effective cleaning agent because of this and I started to spray my Costco chicken breast packages after I have prepped them for the freezer. You know how the package can start to smell really bad? Well, this helps minmize that entirely! My only concern/issue with this product is the 'grapefruit' scent... it doesn't make sense or work for me. I wish they would have made a similar scent to the old Seventh Generation lemongrass all purpose cleaner (which also had thymol!)... the grapefruit is not a good fit with the thyme in my opinion, and I could and would totally due without. It just doesn't work. That being said, this is a great all purpose cleaner and disinfectant, so when my bottle runs out, I will likely purchase more. I like it better than bleach to clean too! (Bleach also gave me headaches and triggered migrains, but it was such an effective cleaner/disinfectant). I've had this product for about a year now and I would say I have at least one more small bottle left or more... and that is not including the other two ~half spray bottles left under my bathroom and kitchen sinks. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a natural, effective all purpose cleaner and alternative. It is worth the price, as it lasts you all year! For what you pay, the quality of the product, you really cannot beat it :) Oh, I should mention, I fill my refillable spray bottles with a kitchen funnel to minimize any mess. I keep an eye on the bottle as I pour because the first few times I overfilled the bottles. The cleaner somewhat bubbles up in this process, hence taking my time to fill and using the funnel :)
