  I highly reccomend Dr Thym for personal or professional use. First of all, it is very environmentally friendly and non toxic. Secondly, it is effective against a broad range of pathogens that it kills with a very reasonable dwell time, but not as short as Accelerated Hydrogen Peroxide products which have a 30 second, 1 minute, and 3 minute dwell time for all pathogens. Dr thym has a dwell time of 3 minutes and 5 minutes, which is quicker than Quaternary Ammonium products which form a large part of the market and have a dwell time of 10 minutes.
  
  The smell is very pleasent and therefore can be used to deoderize places that have an undesirable smell.
  
  I reccomend you get an electrostatic sprayer to apply it to the surface to be treated. ELO makes a good one which is available on amazon. It dries with absolutely no residue, contains no surfactants which build up and cause soap scum among other things, is reasonable priced, and highly effective.
