My son suffers from plantar fasciitis and it truly helps him in the mornings, when the pain is extremely high, he simply rolls it back and forth with his foot being on top! And it starts to really make the pain tolerable.... as he started doing the exercises daily twice a day! It’s really helped minimize the pain! This product and compression socks are a must!!! Especially if you suffer from plantar fasciitis!
