  Worth every penny. Major issues with my meat hammers. I drive my arches and edge of the meaty part of my foot, and I weep with pleasure. It feels amazing. Like you have to DRIVE your feet into the roller. Back n forth-back n forth. At one point my head went back and I began to drool, while seeing through time.
