Started using once it arrived. It was a little painful at first on the arches but after a few minutes of rolling the foot back and forth, the pain started to subside. I use it every time now after a workout which helps relieve any pain in the foot.

    After having these awhile longer I need to write a new review. The foot roller is good although it may not work for larger feet well (I am size 7 women's).

    The balls are harder and pointier than previous ones I've used. I just balance myself on something and lightly press with my feet (not using all my weight) and they help. Overall, worth it.
