    The bottles were shipped in enough bubble wrap and packing to withstand being dropped off a cliff without breaking, so with that said everything got here in one piece.

    This is my 3rd bottle, and is part of a holistic hair-supplement stack I'm trying and am stacking with various other supplements including Saw Palmetto extract.

    This oil is fantastic quality. Is has virtually no taste at all, except a very very mild 'nuttiness' on the aftertaste. Goes down very smooth at 1 Tbsp a day. I've been keeping it in the fridge between uses. Ive found you need to shake it pretty good especially when you get to the last 1/3rd of the bottle, otherwise the last few spoonfuls will be very thick due to containing slightly more pumpkin seed solids than the lighter oils near the top of the bottle.

    Overall pleasant experience, very similar to fish oils but without the fishy taste.
