Essential Amino Acids are 9 out of 20 amino acids required for protein synthesis. Proteins are involved in all body functions. Like vitamins, Essential Amino Acids cannot be made by the human body and must be obtained through diet. Deficiency in one or more of the 9 Essential Amino Acids can lead to loss of muscle mass, fatigue, weight gain and reduced ability to build muscle mass in athletes. Sunshine Biopharma’s Essential 9 provides all 9 Essential Amino Acids in free form and in the recommended proportions. In addition, Essential 9 provides the three Branched Chain Amino Acids, L-Isoleucine, L-Leucine and L-Valine (BCAA), which are scientifically proven to help increase muscle mass and improve liver function. Essential 9 contains the scientifically proven set of the essential amino acids. No peptides mixes, only pure amino acids. All 9 Essential Amino Acids Capsules is to improve protein synthesis, consequently improving muscle repair and recovery. It will give your better endurance and less muscle soreness. Good Quality
I was a couch potato and decided to play in the gym the last few months. Nutrition in one of the main pillars of my gains, I don’t always find it convenient to make a protein drink and I am limited to non-lactose or soy based proteins. Recently I picked up a book on 鶹 by Dr Barry Minkoff which opened my eyes do not only the essential amino acids but their right balance. Have been taking these for a couple of days with no stomach issues. I will update the review after a month.

    Let me start by saying I am an 42 year old female who has never had acne. Legitimately only ever had it while pregnant and it was one pimple that didn’t want to leave. No teenage acne at all. Very lucky that way.

    Ordered this after hearing a dermatologist suggest it for thinning hair. After taking for about 10 days I got a pimple. No big deal. Could be a coincidence. Then I got two more. Then one on my shoulder (?!?!) checked with Dr Google and apparently this is a common side effect for a lot of people.

    Stopped taking it and within 2-3 days everything went back to normal.

    No other side effects seen.

    Didn’t take it long enough to see any benefit either. Some say immediate energy boost, but I did not experience that.
