    I ordered this foot rest to replace the repurposed IKEA step stool I was using under my desk. I have a terrible habit of sitting 'on my toes' very much like the 'bad posture' photo in the listing. It's awful and makes my feet miserable. While the step stool was okay, it was flat and a little too tall, and I found myself on my toes even on that, which resulted in me shoving my knee & upper thigh into the bottom of my desk. Also very uncomfortable.
    This adjustable foot rest has been such an improvement for me. I have mine set to the third level from the top, providing a moderate angle. The molded in texture - large nubs - provide a soothing massage effect. The rollers in the middle are a little underwhelming as massagers, relative to the rest of the foot rest they're flimsier and honestly my feet don't feel much difference from rolling over them vs rubbing over the main non-roller surface. The good news is that they're centered out of the way during normal use. The top-most roller at the upper edge is nice for massaging my arches & sides of my feet, but I wish that roller had been a bit wider. Not a big deal for me, since I was mainly ordering for the stationary foot rest itself, not massagers.
    The entire foot rest takes just a minute or 2 to assemble. There are a total of 5 parts, with photo and written instructions on assembly (though the translation is a bit awkward). Tilt adjustment is just a matter of loosening the knobs, sliding the legs into the desired position, and retightening.
    I have mine on a hardwood floor, the 'anti-slip' pads are merely foam pads and don't really hold this foot rest in place. This is good because I can slide it around easily with my feet in order to reach that upper roller when I want it, however if you really want a non-skid base, you'll want to purchase your own stick on pads separately. The legs are each just slightly larger than 1" wide if you want to plan ahead and order together. I did not test the foot rest on carpet.

    You get what you pay for! While not high quality, it still gets the job done! Works really well under my desk. I work from home so I have an office in my carpeted back room. It stays in place and allows me to fidget my feet while I work while also remaining in good posture (which is a huge problem I have). Also really nice to just rub my feet while working lol

    I want to say this is a 3.5 item because of its comfort. Its very hard and i find myself not using it most times while I'm at my desk. They have some spinning rolls that are for massages on your heel or foot but its pretty impractical to use. I wish it was a little softer and the angles better.
