  I use this at my crafting desk and at my dinner table. Being only 5 feet tall my legs would always dangle, causing aches and tingling. Now I can sit comfortably for longer periods of time! The massager rollers are pretty useless to me, but they entertain my kitten! So that's an added bonus.
