    Very good source of prebiotic (food for the friendly gut bacteria) fiber - I add inulin to my morning cereal, yoghurt, and even my coffee and other drinks. It has very little sweetness to it, so it does not interfere with the taste of whatever you're adding it to. It is pure fiber, so if you add one 5g scoop to your food or drink, you're adding an extra 5 grams of (very healthy) fiber to your diet. I started using inulin after I learned that we must keep our healthy gut bacteria happy through feeding them good fiber. This product has made me more regular and helped me cut back the carb count off my diet. I feel healthier and my digestion has improved so much!

    If you are like me and you are taking inulin to keep things regular.. this stuff works.

    I was taking inulin before but another brand and it was hard to dissolve in water and it tasted bad. This brand of inulin has a nice taste and you can dissolve it in water. It helps keep things regular.

    I received a refund (without having to return the package) from 鶹 (after contacting the 鶹 Customer Support by telephone) because the package that I received did not have the same ingredient as the item on the website. On the website, the ingredient is Jerusalem Artichoke and the package that I received had the ingredient Chicory Root instead.
    There is another problem with the ingredient: just below "INULIN POWDER" on the package, the ingredient written in French is "POUDRE DE GRAINES DE LIN" which translated into English is "Flax Seeds Powder" which is neither Jerusalem Artichoke nor Chicory Root.
    This item is going into the garbage bag.

    I used this to help with a five day fast to feed my gut bacteria. (was also taking electrolytes and water) and it was a good experience.

    The product is very fine, dissolves but can clump together into small gummy lumps if you don't stir...

    It doesn't have a strong flavor when in liquid, I'm not sure if it was a good idea but I tried eating some of the power dry plain to see what it taste like and it had a mild marshmallow sweet taste that reminded me of candy and made me want to try more! It tasted good and chewy!

    Although there are positive health benefits associated with soluble inulin fiber consumption from studies think it is probably better to get your inulin fiber from whole foods unless you are planning to fast or plan to have a poor diet. This is a refined supplement and if that is what you are looking for then this is it.
