Lovely product, but beware!
I like that the chalk is easily changed and can be sharpened so there is always a point. But beware!!!! Do not use a heavy hand with yellow chalk on white fabric. I marked my pebbles to FMQ and I had to wash it three times, and spray it so it was doused with Resolve then scrub to get the yellow out. Even then, there were traces left. 😔 And I didn't even think I drew that hard! *photo is before washing*

    Works alright, perfect for detailed work which is what I use it for. Sometimes I use washable markers but it can take multiple washes for the marks to come completely off. This works much better, especially dark fabrics.

    I’m a gallery artist and purchased this to draw my designs onto my painted background. Pencils bleed through the paint, chalk drawing pencils are on the hard side so they don’t work optimally, and chalkboard chalk doesn’t allow for precision. This is the answer! I get the precision I need in an easy to erase/paint over “pencil” The chalk is hard enough not to create a lot of dust, yet soft enough to easily draw on a painted ground without having to go over it multiple times. I was on the fence because it’s expensive for what it is. But, in this case I got what I paid for.

I am able to get more percise markings with this--it works like an invisible pen, but i prefer this chalk to ink pens because I find even invisible ink markings sometimes are difficult to come off.

    The variety of colours provided allow you to mark up any colour of material. The chalk holder is very comfortable to use and it comes with an eraser which is very effective at removing any mistakes. I was disappointed that most of the coloured chalk pieces came broken. They were housed in a nice container with some padding so I can't see how that could have happened during shipment. I hope they weren't broken before shipping, but that is a distinct possibility. If not for that I would have been able to give it 4-5 stars overall.
