If I could give this product 100 stars I would. I have been trying to potty train my daughter for about 3 years no success. I was waking her at night, which then turned into frequent urination at school. Then I was not giving her anything to drink before bed, it was so stressful. She started getting emotional herself and really wanted to not be wetting the bed. My partner showed me this device and I was so skeptical at first. I turned it down multiple times. Finally I gave in and this is what we did. So we first used it with a pull-up and underwear and put it between the two. At first the pull up absorbed the wetness so the alarm would not ring. Then we switched and doubled up on underwear. That was more effective for us. The first week or two. She had accidents but as soon as the alarm went off, she would jump up and go to the bathroom. By week 4, she would have like a drop of pee as she ran to the bathroom. By week 6 she was getting up herself, no alarm. This device is AMAZING, if you’re having trouble-this will be your saviour. I PROMISE!
Make sure that you stay consistent. Even with setbacks, if your child gets it, sways a little keep going because there was a time when my daughter started wetting again with the alarm but we woke her, changed her and kept going. You cannot give up. The company is also very supportive. They reach out to answer my questions, offer support and overall just outstanding customer service. This product was BEYOND my expectations.

How to position the Bedwetting Alarm
- The Excel Alarm clips on to the shoulder of your child's pyjama top or t-shirt
- Run the lead inside the pyjamas or t-shirt
- Insert the sensor into underwear, diapers or a pad
- Plug the sensor lead into the Excel alarm
Light weight alarm
The alarm is attached with an easy to use clip. The alarm is light-weight 30g (1.16oz) so is comfortable and not bulky to wear.
The sound is set to the ideal volume for waking even deep sleepers. It rings at around 98 decibels and the frequency of the alarm is set at the resonant frequency of the ear; which is most effective for alerting the brain.
Safe conductive plastic sensor
The light-weight, soft, conductive plastic sensor has 9 sensing strips on each side to maximise detection of urine.
Being made of plastic, it is easy to clean and dry so is quick to re-use.
It will not rust or corrode in urine so is very safe to use.
