Very nice quality was a bit confusing trying to figure out which side is the right side an angle an the right position but after couple tries an looking at the reference photos I got it, got it for my mom she really likes it the seat is comfortable the wheels don’t squeak the brakes are good I guess it depends on the type of floor it’s rolling it cuz slippery floor can make brakes not work as good the seat pouch is nice too everything flips easily an easy to fold to put in the car

    I received a replacement for this original purchase because the knob fell off and they don't replace parts in Canada - they DO sell replacement parts in the U.S. Makes no sense whatsoever.
    When I questioned the Canadian customer service rep. about this she actually hung up on me,
    even though I was being friendly.

    My replacement walker only lasted about six months before another knob fell of and was lost, AND the storage bag fell apart.

    Clearly, I won't be purchasing this brand again. NO, I do not recommend this product - unless, perhaps, you live in the States and can replace the parts it so frequently needs.
