  I received a replacement for this original purchase because the knob fell off and they don't replace parts in Canada - they DO sell replacement parts in the U.S. Makes no sense whatsoever.
  When I questioned the Canadian customer service rep. about this she actually hung up on me,
  even though I was being friendly.
  
  My replacement walker only lasted about six months before another knob fell of and was lost, AND the storage bag fell apart.
  
  Clearly, I won't be purchasing this brand again. NO, I do not recommend this product - unless, perhaps, you live in the States and can replace the parts it so frequently needs.
