    I had high hopes for these as I am a big fan of other Can-Prev supplements but these did nothing to relieve my menstrual cramps. I tried them 2 months in a row and ended up resorting to Ibuprofen both times.

    My daughter suffered from debilitating cramps (including vomiting and diarrhoea) for about 4-5 hours at the beginning of each period. She started taking this as well as a homeopathic remedy (cocculus) and she barely has any issue now.
    So is it the cramp relief or the cocculus?
    Likely a combo.
    But she has used just the cramp relief in the days approaching her period when she has some cramping and it relives it…just like the name says. Hopefully it works for you.
