    These pills really do seem to work. I seem to fall asleep quicker and sleep much better. I have good REM sleep. Last night I slept walk though for thee first time but my husband put me back in bed. I wake a touch groggy but am working through that. I notice I need to push myself a bit more to do my daily 545 am work out. It is playing a bit of havoc on my morning bowel routine so I am hoping that resolves itself soon. I will persevere as the change in sleep is worth it.
