Tastes terrible on its own but okay with juice
I’m taking this supplement for fertility and since I was told to take such a high dose, the powder seemed like a much better idea than taking 6 giant pills a day. I shared a picture of how big the scoop is in relation to the container. I also showed how full the container was when I received it, about 3/4. I tried it with water on its own and it tasted awful, full of regret! I was ve et surprised at how well anything flavoured masked the taste though. I take the ‘calm’ magnesium powder that also gets mixed in with water and I mix both together and it’s perfectly okay to drink with just slight bitterness. I will definitely stick to the powder, especially seeing how many services I can get out of the container which was my biggest wonder. I’ve also had no side effects from it despite taking a very high dose, I’ve been taking it for about a week so far.
