    I am one month in, and understand it takes a little longer to get the full effect, so my rating may change from 4 to 5 stars.

    So far these have helped significantly with fluid retention, nausea, abdominal pain, low energy levels, ungodly constant sugar cravings, anxiety and some depression that seemed to be creeping in, but the weight gain has only slowed, which is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars at this point.

    After the first week, I did notice some hyper aggitation from too much energy with no way to burn it off at this point in time, so I cut back to 2 capsules in the morning and 1 at night and that has balanced it out nicely. I just ordered my second bottle and am hoping it will sort everything out by the end of it!

    Definitely worth the money if you are struggling from adrenal fatigue!
