    Cheap plastic enclosures. Tried numerous times to charge units and when they were supposedly fully charged, they would not turn on.
    Instructions that came with units were useless (in broken English) and I had to find a manual for them on line.
    Even following instructions in the manual they would not power up or sync with iPhone.

    This camera was cheap but it should be free… maybe just garbage it. The app is in English, the instructions are not very clear to follow and not user friendly at all. I just kept clicking on different stuff…then the camera appeared.

    The app is loaded with ads when you open it, look at the top right corner and click continue to app…. Very annoying.

    If you have already purchased it, this is how I got it to connect to my phone…. Download the app, then turn on the camera by holding down the on/ off switch until you see a blue light, go into your settings for wifi and select the name, long name.. it’s the odd name you’ve never seen in your selection before. I turned cellular data off for it to connect. Go back to the app and hit the search button at the top, lanSearch is displayed at the top, you will see a % thing going while it looks for the camera. The camera should display and it’s easy to connect from there. If you don’t see the camera close the app and keep trying.. it took awhile for a few of the cameras to show up.

    I bought 3 set of 2. So I have 6 times the defects. This was not worth the little I spent for it… but I have it already so I’ll do what I can with it. The quality, I repeat, is really poor.

    I have requested a refund/return. I have tried everything to work with these cameras and they just don’t operate well. Even when plugged in they are dying

    If I could have given 0 stars I would have. This is by far the worst quality video and the biggest pain in the @#$ to set up. I've ever encountered definitely do not recommend. Even trying to install the micro.SD card, it just fell insit.Took me almost forty five minutes to fish it out.. It is being returned as we speak.

    I made the mistake of not reading the reviews. 70 percentage rating zero is pretty well a useless product. It actually wants to spy on you by needing to control your phone, receiving and making calls - isn't that ridiculous. Shortly after I tried to turn it on I got a strange Chinese phone call. The product never worked .

    And here's the clincher, unlike most 鶹 return, the return postage is not covered so returning it costs more than the non functioning product. What a scam.

    I'm baffled why 鶹 allows this scam product as up to now I've been impressed by 鶹 's return policies. Not here ....
