  Cheap plastic enclosures. Tried numerous times to charge units and when they were supposedly fully charged, they would not turn on.
  Instructions that came with units were useless (in broken English) and I had to find a manual for them on line.
  Even following instructions in the manual they would not power up or sync with iPhone.
