Make sure you read the directions regarding installing the driver. The driver installer is embedded in the antenna. No need to go to the Manufacturers website. When you power up your PC, the antenna goes through the process of connecting via USB. You will hears some beeps while this process executes. This is normal for many USB devices. After powering up the PC, expect the antenna to take 60-90 seconds to come on line. Very, very happy with this purchase! Highly recommended!
