The Bosch GKF125CE Colt 1.25HP (Max) Variable-Speed Palm Router
The Bosch GKF125CE Colt 1.25HP (Max) Variable-Speed Palm Router puts routing power and precision in the palm of your hand. The GKF125CE delivers 1.25 hp of muscle, but it is comfortable to use, with an ergonomic palm-grip design with soft-grip. Far more than a laminate trimmer, it is fully capable of easily putting round-overs on deck plank railings, creating decorative edges of furniture and many other heavier routing tasks that previously required a mid-sized router. The palm router has advanced electronics, such as variable-speed control and soft-start circuitry. The included PR101 fixed base features macro- and micro-fine depth adjustment and a centerable round subbase for easy guidance.

Higher Power for Greater Versatility
The Bosch GKF125CE offers maximum power, delivering a better end result. It has a 1.25 hp max, 7.0 amp motor, which allows it to easily round-over the edges of soft and hard woods and easily execute pattern cuts. The included PR101 fixed base has a wide bit capacity; it accepts bits up to 1-5/16-in. wide.
Superior Ergonomics and Maneuverability
This palm router was engineered with an ergonomic design so the user can have better control for quality results and reduced fatigue. The palm-grip configuration with soft-grip housing combine to make it the most comfortable router in its class. The router also provides finger support pockets for additional stability, especially when trimming edges. It includes a ball-joint cord swivel for easier cord positioning, and it includes a durable spindle lock for fast, easy and comfortable bit changes.
Enhanced Electronic Features
The Bosch GKF125CE Palm Router features advanced electronics, including soft-start, variable-speed and constant response circuitry, delivering optimum speed throughout the routing process. The variable-speed dial adjusts the speed from 16,000 to 35,000 rpm for matching speed to workpiece and task. The soft-start circuitry reduces start-up torque. And Bosch's Constant Response™ circuitry monitors and maintains speed under load for consistent performance.
Precise Depth Adjustment
The Bosch GKF125CE includes the PR101 fixed base, an enhanced, rugged 360° aluminum base housing that ensures excellent steadiness and durability. It has an innovative new depth-adjustment system for easy and precise depth adjustment; a round, translucent polycarbonate subbase that can be centered for worry-free guidance along templates; and depth scales in both inches and metric. LED lighting provides an enhanced view of bit area.
