Cats are thrilled! Honestly it smells like people food. As soon as you open the can you can tell the difference from other wet foods with fillers and preservatives.
My cats aren't picky, so far they eat anything but I feel better about this one - like im giving them something that will sustain them in a long healthy life.

Happy cats, happy owner. And maybe a healthier choice.

If you usually give your cat thouse single serving containers in the dual snap packs keep in mind you get two servings that size out one of these cans! So its actually cheaper then the snap packs, and better for the fur babies.

I bought this as I was looking for a filler free wet cat food after trying to pin down what she's allergic to when the vet wasn't being very helpful. The vet had suggested we buy some expensive dry food from them which I came to realize is trash. My light bulb moment came when I started researching ingredients in cats wetfood and decided I had to find something with more wholesome ingredients. After buying this product, I couldn't be more thrilled. My cats absolutely LOVE this wet food and they normally aren't big fans of pate. After feeding them this for weeks I've noticed the scratching and excess licking have completely stopped so its safe to say this will be a staple for their wet food for the rest of their lives. Sometimes it pays to do your own research as some vets are just out there to see how they can make money.

Pros
- even though it's pate, my cats love the taste
- less filler products like other cheap wet food (equals allergies disappearing)
- is a decent price point

Con
- cans are smaller then other wet cat foods which was disappointing at first but I have since come to like
- wish it came it more flavours/styles (chunks with gravy) like previous cat foods I've bought.

Overall, I can say this cat food is a win. You get less filler so a better product which my cats enjoy. It doesn't cost me a fortune and previous allergy concerned have been solved.

The cat I was looking after last summer LOVED these, more than other brands I tried for him.

My cat doesn't care for them at all, though. She'll lick the slimy parts up for a few seconds, but then the rest sits untouched until it needs to be tossed. She'd rather just have her kibble than consume this.

So it's really dependent on the cat whether this is a hit or not. I will say that going grain-free is not necessarily of any benefit to your pet unless there's an actual medical reason for it. Cats absolutely require meat protein and are obligate carnivores, but that doesn't mean that things like grains and some vegetable are at all BAD for them in small quantities.
