The hose & adapter that come with it made it easy to attach to the machine. I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 because my hubby found they didn’t work as well to stop his snoring as the mask that came with the machine. The nasal pillows also aren't as soft as they used to be and don't seem to sit properly. There is significant air leakage. With all CPAP accessories, I find they are overpriced for a few pieces of plastic. I am returning it.
