Troubleshooting for No Sound

Avantree Medley Pebble TV Headphones Troubleshooting for no sound / not working. How to fix?

Please check the following:

1 - Are Your Earbuds and Transmitter connected?

Both your Avantree Earbuds and Transmitter should have a SOLID LIGHT on their connection indicator LED. If they're flashing, something's wrong. Please pair them together again.

2 - Is your Transmitter receiving a Valid Audio Signal? (95% issues are here) **MAKE SURE YOUR TRANSMITTER IS PLUGGED IN TO AN AUDIO OUT AT THE BACK OF YOUR TV** 2.1 Check your Transmitter's signal LED. It should be SOLID. If it's flashing, that means there's no valid signal coming from the TV. If so, try the following: a. Check Your TV's sound settings again. If you're connected with optical, make sure the TV's sound output is set to PCM; b. If your transmitter base has an output switch, make sure it's set to the correctly (for example, if you used an AUX cable, make sure it's set to AUX); c. Make sure there's nothing in your TV's HDMI ARC (it could be interfering); d. Unplug and Plug the audio cable from the transmitter; e. Start your Netflix / �鶹�� Prime Program first, then change output format on your TV to PCM For further assistance, please send email.

Is there different ear bud replacement sizes?

Yes, there are 4 different size sets of earbud tips XS, S, M, L included in the package, you can replace the earbud tips to have a better fit.
Do the earbuds have volume control?

Yes, the earbuds feature built-in controls so you can adjust the volume or pause / play without needing to use the remote.
Can I use the earphones and have the TV speakers on so others can also hear the TV?

The majority of TVs can play audio through their built-in speakers and the earphones, but it's TV-dependent. The Medley Clear's pass-through function allows audio to be played simultaneously through both the earbuds and an EXTERNAL speaker.
Can the Clear Dialogue mode be turned off or is it always on?

Yes, you can turn that off. There are different modes you can choose from.
