    I purchased multiple watch winders over the last ten years. Some of my earlier winders were from Costco online, more recent ones in the last two years were from 鶹.

    It is hard to predict but fair to say that the motors will die after 4-5 years. I have two (2-watches single motor) units from Costco thay are still going after 7 years but two other units are dead. My two (6-watches three motors) from Costco about 5 years old are not working properly - one unit has two dead motosr and one motor generating loud noises, another unit has one motor working well but the other two require gentle push to rotate so basically not working.

    My best unit was purchased from 鶹 last year (8 motors with LED control panels) for just $ 300! That unit works perfectly after 1 year. I was hoping to buy another one but it is almost $ 1000 now.

    I ordered a 6-watches unit two weeks ago from 鶹. The supplier e-mailed 48 hours later notifying shipment challenge and gave refund.

    I ordered this LLS 4 watches 2-motors unit because it is "North America stock" and ready for shipment within 48 hours. It arrived as promised. Nice quality, quiet motors, no LED or switch for selecting different rotation / speed, so basic unit but works just as well. So far so good.

    I'm impressed with most of this. Looks great. Relatively quiet, you can hear it with a TV or fan on, but it's just because it's a distinct noise. You have to listen for it. Functions how it's supposed to.

    Now the bad. I guess it's my fault, but the pillows on the winder are just not even close to being big enough. It's only made to hold 18mm/7.25", a full inch under my own size. I remedy this with a wedge of foam on the underside. The display only pillows are only for 16mm/6.25". Fortunately, those don't have to spin around. They are also too small to have 40mm watches side by side without touching. My smallest watch is 41mm.

    All in all, I would buy it again. I hope the maker sees this and makes some changes, but for $100 or so, it'll do.

    This is the second box I have purchased from this vendor. There is ample space to put 4 automatic watches in the box as well as about 6 non-automatic watches. The motors are not noisy like some boxes.

    Caution: If you own automatic watches and you DO NOT use a winder box - you are making an expensive mistake. If an automatic watch sits for long periods of time unwound and not running it will damage the watch movements. The lubricant inside will harden to such a degree that spring need to be replaced. This is expensive if you own Rolex, Omega, Breitling and even Hamilton brands. This box is much less expensive than those repairs. It will keep your watches constantly wound and running which will avoid those expensive maintenance issues. Yes, I learned this the hard way. The Rolex dealer told me to buy a winder box to avoid the repairs I had to the Rolex Date Just he left me when he passed away.
