This product works sometimes. About half the time you have to go into the phone to reconnect it to the Bluetooth. No apparent way to upgrade the firmware. No further instructions or contact documents included in the box. It is a "take as is" type of product. However, for me it is still better than having to plug in every time. It is also responsive and is no different than the original android auto when it is working. It can cause the phone to heat up quite a bit and will drain the battery quickly. I would advise anyone using it to have your phone on charge while using this device. Kind of defeats the original purpose right ?
