The system provides a good overview of your surroundings, which is invaluable for parking and maneuvering larger vehicles like trucks, RVs, or vans. The IP69 waterproof rating on the cameras is reassuring, ensuring they can withstand various weather conditions.

However, there are a couple of areas where this product could be improved. For the price point, the camera quality isn't the best. While it's adequate for basic visibility, the image isn't as crisp or detailed as I would have liked. This becomes particularly noticeable at night; getting clear pictures in low-light conditions can be quite challenging, which somewhat diminishes its utility during nighttime operations. Additionally, the wiring, while wireless in terms of camera-to-monitor transmission, can still be a bit tricky to set up for power, requiring some patience and basic electrical knowledge.

Amason suggested I uninstall everthing and send all back for refund but thats a lot of work when everthing else works fine excepte for 1 camera that I would like replaced

Note: If I were installing this on an RV, large truck, Bus, etc - I would probably give it 4 stars instead. But the marketing material for the product clearly lists regular cars as one of the use cases - even shows an image of a little convertible - but I can't imagine anyone using it like that. The cameras are BIG. I mean like a deck-of-cards big. And heavy. I got this because the backup camera in my minivan stopped working and I thought if I could hook this up, it'd save me a small fortune from what the dealership quoted me to replace the original system - but there's just nowhere on the back of my van where there's a big enough spot to mount this monster. PLUS it has a big antenna that makes it even more difficult. If you've managed to find that spot - then you also need to hook it up to power - and the power cable is about as thick as an old coaxial TV cable - so good luck running that back inside the car without drilling some holes.

I hooked it all up, and it all works great. If I was putting it on a much larger vehicle like and RV - or attaching it to the rack on a pickup... etc - maybe it'd work. But on a car? Not seeing it.

I use this for when I tow my boat. I attached a strong magnet to hold the camera in place at the back of my trailer. The boat is about 19 feet long and with the trailer the camera is about 30 feet away from the display receiver. I find the image clear and it is so valuable in knowing what is behind you. The frame rate seems a bit slow but fast enough for the rear view to be very useful. It also assist me in positioning my boat at the ramp and in parking it. The set comes with two cameras and has the ability to go to four channels. I only need one.

The device has AI capabilities for those that require it but I find it very useful to just see the image so that is a bonus.

As the description advises that it��s a super easy install with no wires between the cameras and the monitor and to simply just plug it in and you��re good to go isn��t really as simple as it sounds. You will still need to connect the cameras to a power source such as the brake lights, which I was expecting to do anyways just keep that in mind that you do need to do some wiring. You just don��t need to wire the monitor to the cameras is what they��re suggesting.
But if you do have a small trailer RV or a long truck, having a back up camera is a game changer
Just make sure that the monitor is in range with the cameras to a maximum of around 400 feet. The description says five but I would keep it within 400 for better resolution and connection.
The screen resolution is decent, and the camera angles are quite wide and covers most of the area that is needed to maneuver properly.
I wish there was a different mounting option for the monitor as opposed to just going on the dash, but that��s not a major concern as it is easy to move if need be
