have ordered 3 watches already from this seller, 1st one I think is ok , I gave it to my grand daughter and she seems to be happy with it, so far I haven't hear any complaints ,I did like the style and to add to that it did feel solid not light reason why I order 2 more( they were supposed to be a late Christmas gifts ), a black and pink. The pink one came as expected in her plastic cover and look like new like my previous one , but the black to my disappointment does look is a return item "used item " box looks dirty and seals on the side looks like were opened before( I did not open it to check how it did look so can't comment on that but I will be returning it ) overall not happy with this purchase. Will I recommend this product? Maybe, because it does looks nice is not bulky, doesn't look big in the wrist and it does feel the materials are not completely cheap has weight and one thing my granddaughter likes is that she can do her own pictures on the dial of the watch , I will say don't buy more than one at the same time , I think if you order more than one in the same order they give you a returned item mixed with a new ones so you won't notice it

Seller contacted me and send me a replacement unit/watch . I will give seller 5 starts for trying to please and correct my complain. regarding the watch ( s - I bought from him 3 units so far )like I mention on my previous review , I like the fact that they don't look big on your wrist and they feel solid and not cheap, they do the basic job which is what you need for a kid and for somebody who like me doesn't do much of sports . I haven't tried the sleep function but I guess will be ok. overall I will give Seller and watch 5 stars
