    UPDATE: Not only does this stop the chill being transferred from a cold cane handle in winter walks, the foam actually has a slight warming effect in the hand. I can live with the handle's bulkiness for the improved warmth. Five stars now!

    I bought this to help insulate hands against the winter chill transferred through the regular walking stick curved handle. The thickness of the foam material reduces the size of the hook considerably, so be aware of this if you have big hands (men's medium glove size feels about the limit, but, as they say, your mileage may vary). The material itself is rather firmer than other soft foam handles on flat-top canes, but this might be expected with the different pressure on the curve. We'll see if it is helpful when the colder weather closes in. Four stars for now, as this is not an easy find at a reasonable price.

    Really nice walking stick with a very comfortable foam handle to grip. I much prefer walking sticks with a curved handle rather than the "straight up and down" handles seemingly in fashion these days. They can be hung on any surface such as a shopping cart handle and are much more useful. Would definitely repurchase if necessary.

    I am 6’ tall and am 450 lbs. I am handicapped by a fused ankle surgery and need additional support to be able to walk. I am able to adjust the length of this cane for a comfortable height. And am overly surprised by the size and comfort of the grip. It is better than any other cane I have used, and I’ve had a few. I currently have 6 different styles of canes presently.     I NEVER thought I'd need or own a cane. But, being almost to my mid-60's,
    Which is NOT OLD...but "Old enough"...I found myself NEEDING one.
    I have an arthritis condition that affects my joints...and has done a job on my feet.
    Your Feet are like your back...you don't realize you have a "good back" till you have a "bad back".
    My back is fine...but 2 weeks ago...my Feet...LEFT foot mostly, hurt as though I was walking on
    LEGO blocks...ouch..right? Every step and adventure.
    SO..I bought a cane...THIS cane...and it WORKS...it takes the pressure off every step and has given
    me mobility without AS Much pain. I'm getting better...but relying on this Cane....and I'm glad I bought it.

    The product:
    Ultra-sturdy metal cane, fully adjustable, with a solid rubber foot, and an ultra-comfortable
    curved foam cover handle. Adjustable with a "button" which pops into sizing holes....and a tightening
    ring - loosen to adjust length...tighten to firm up cane when properly sized.
    This cane is a fine piece of engineering, likely to last a very long time...and although "medical - looking"
    it's sleek and shiny and looks as good as it works. AT under $11...I bought 2...in case it runs out on 鶹.
    Read the booklet that comes wrapped on the cane to figure out sizing.

    The Function:
    The best thing about this cane is the foam handle....for hand comfort...which is
    a great feature...but also because the cane stays where you lean it...the foam "catches" and the
    cane doesn't fall over....against all surfaces. The curved handle can be put on doorknobs...etc...
    or just put the "end" on a counter top and it will hang there. ie...this cane becomes part of you...
    Lastly...This cane is your longer arm...your 3rd leg...and will help me get through this subsiding pain.
    I use it in my right hand to take pressure off my left foot. Get one if you need one.

    I am barely 5 feet & I've been looking for a properly fitting cane to help me navigate with sciatica. This is the only one that works! It is easily adjustable at its lowest setting to 30 inches at the top of the crook.

    The AARP advice works for me with this cane: “With your elbow bent at a 10- to 30-degree angle, the top of the cane would come to your wrist. If it's taller than that or a lot lower, it can throw off the mechanics of how you're walking,”

    It is yes, old-fashioned - no sleek folding walking stick - but it does the trick. The bottom bumper is sturdy and should be long-lasting. The crook (curved top) lets it hang over things, AND, BEST OF ALL, is very heavily padded and grippable. It is extremely light-weight, too.

    This all for under $11! Don't hesitate!
