I decided to stop spending $60 a week on almond milk for my son and I, and bit the bullet to buy this machine. Honestly, it’s been life changing. I use it every day to make almond milk, and I love that there are so many options to make other items, like yoghurt, juice, and other milk alternatives. It’s quick, easy, and it came with almost everything you need. I purchased additional glass bottles to store my milk in the fridge with, but this machine is amazing. I’ve suggested it to my friends, and they’re buying it as well. I know I could just use a blender, but the fact that this heats the nuts and everything up to get all of the flavour, is something that stands out. I literally never put it away and make milk every morning. Love it! Edit! The plug in mechanism came out, and I’ve been trying to figure out how contact the seller, but they changed their return policy to only 30 days… I bought this at the end of January and I’m sad that it’s falling apart already, just after leaving a 5 star review. Second update: The seller emailed me and apologized profusely that the outlet came out, and sent me a brand new machine. I'm honestly so thankful, and with this kind of customer service, they deserve 5 stars.

    The nut milk maker was amazing. Worked perfectly for 6 months. Then I got an error. Manual says it has a 1 year warranty but there is no number to call. Have emailed the company twice and received no response on how to get it replaced or fixed. Very disappointing as I loved this nut milk maker and used it multiple times a week. Customer service so far is not good.

    I love this nut milk maker. It's so easy to use and you know exactly what is in your nut milk. It's nice to be able to have a variety of milk. So far I have tried almond (with skins removed), almond/cashew, cashew, hemp seed, and soy. I haven't felt the need to use the nut milk bag included although I think the almond milk would have benefited straining. I found it had more pulp in it than I liked. The milk heats up as it's being processed so it's hot when done. This can be a drawback if you need it for a smoothie, but on the other hand, it takes about the same time to make the milk as it does it cook steelcut oats. Then you have nice warm milk to put on your porridge. Love it! For soy milk, it is a longer cycle, and cooks the soybeans while it's processing the milk. I haven't yet tried chickpeas, but one day will give it a go. Clean-up is a breeze. Add water and a drop of dish soap and set the clean cycle. I have noticed with hemp seeds, there is a bit of residue left on the bottom but there is a brush included, so a bit of soap and a quick scrub and it cleans up perfectly. A few times as I was scrolling to the setting I wanted, I accidentally went by the one I wanted. No problem. Just keep scrolling till you get there again. The one drawback is the noise. It's similar to a VitaMix blender. But the noise doesn't stop me from using my blender and it doesn't stop me from making nut milk. You can always start the cycle and do something in another room till it done. I am really happy with this purchase. I keep telling my friends about it and two have asked what kind it is as they are interested. I would highly recommend this product.

    Inizialmente ero scettica, invece funziona perfettamente. Spiegazioni e libretto di ricette in italiano, ma soprattutto semplicita' nell'uso di una macchina concepita con intelligenza per le varie esigenze. Ho fatto la prima prova con la ricetta del latte di mandorle, incredibilmente cremoso e gustoso. Ho filtrato con facilita' il poco residuo, triturato dalla macchina in modo super fino che avrei potuto anche lasciarlo nel latte. Cio' che resta dopo aver filtrato il latte si puo' riutilizzare per fare crepes, polpette o biscotti. Alla fine di ogni programma basta mettere dell'acqua pulita fino al livello massimo e avviare il programma di autopulizia, e il gioco e' fatto. Ha uno pratico scovolino per pulire le bottiglie. E' molto solida e fatta bene, quindi spero che duri molto.
    AGGIORNAMENTO CON RICETTE:
    - SUCCHI DI FRUTTA ottimi e perfetti in 5 minuti, il mio consiglio e' usare al massimo 250 gr di frutta (qualsiasi essa sia) 20 gr di succo di limone, 60/80 gr di zucchero a piacere, acqua fino al livello max.
    - LATTE DI SOIA, dopo aver messo in ammollo i fagioli di soia secca, sciacquateli bene e tostateli per 15 minuti a 140° in forno o nella friggitrice ad aria. Risciacquate nuovamente la soia tostata e poi procedete con la ricetta 60 gr di soia, acqua fino al livello max, 2 datteri denocciolati o sciroppo di acero per dolcificarlo un po' e un cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia per aromatizzare (opzionale, potete farlo anche al naturale senza aggiungere niente altro che soia) . Il mio consiglio e' di allungare il tempo di cottura del latte di soia per altri 10 minuti, ricominciando il programma e poi fermarlo. Infine filtrate con il filtrino in acciaio oppure con il pratico sacchetto di garza sottile.
    - YOGURT, 1 litro di latte intero o parzialmente scremato, 80 di yogurt per fare lo starter oppure 1 gr di fermenti lattici per yogurt in polvere, (ma il trucco, facoltativo, per rendere lo yogurt piu' cremoso, e' quello di aggiungere anche 30 gr di latte in polvere scremato) Non aggiungere zuccheri o altro e procedete con il programma. Lo yogurt oltrepassa di poco il livello max ma non e' un problema.

    J'ai voulu cette machine car je ne peux plus consommer de lait d'origine animale. Aussi je trouvais cela attrayant de pouvoir tester surtout sur certains oléagineux devenus très onéreux en bouteille (plus le plastique ou la brique de lait à jeter !)
    Pour l'heure j'en suis ravie : manuel clair et concis, avec la base.
    J'ai testé quasiment tout ce qu'il était possible de tester mais j'ai toujours fait tremper plusieurs heures avant que ce soit du soja, riz ou oléagineux. J'ai même testé le riz complet c'est super bon.
    Pour ma part je filtre : sur certains cela mousse bcp et fait bcp de dépôt dans la bouteille (j'ai investi dans une bouteille d'un litre en verre c'est top), sauf pour la noix de cajou étrangement quasi aucune perte dans le sens ou le filtrage est vraiment moindre.

    -> Pour le soja je n'ai pris que du jaune dépelliculé ça passe impec (et trempage avant).
    -> Pour l'avoine attention ça risque d'être épais et gluant pas comme au supermarché, au final c'est celui que j'aime le moins.
    -> Pour les jus de fruits, c'est pas mal aussi mais je conseille plutôt un extracteur de jus ce qui rendra votre rendu plus riche et sans perte de nutriments. Mais cela fonctionne bien aussi : j'ai testé jus d'orange (pressé avant bien sûr) avec pomme, on peut varier les fruits mais je conseille toujours de mettre une base liquide avant de mixer pour avoir votre jus, vous pouvez même mettre votre lait végétal avec c'est très bon.
    -> Lait de riz impec même complet avec trempage.
    -> Testé également cajou, amandes, noisettes, macadamia, noix, c'est parfait.

    Lavage facile avec le preset auto nettoyage, un coup d'éponge après et c'est tout :)

    La taille est bien, pas plus encombrant qu'une bouilloire, d'ailleurs une fonction bouilloire aurait été un petit plus ;) mais bon c'est top je suis ravie de mon achat ♥
