Product description

ALLMAX introduces L-Carnitine Capsules in the form of L-Carnitine L-Tartrate (LCLT), one of the world's most bio-available forms of L-Carnitine supplementation. L-Carnitine is essential for transporting long-chain fats into the cell (mitochondria) by tapping into your fat supply and may provide support to burn it as fuel, resulting in increased energy. Without L-Carnitine, these fats cannot be burned for energy and are instead shunted to stored body fat. L-Carnitine also enhances performance by increasing the body's reliance on fat for energy thus reducing depletion of muscle glycogen. As found by performance athletes using L-Carnitine, this reduction of muscle tissue lactic acid build-up can extend duration of muscular exertion before fatigue.

    I don't really know if it's working or not. I managed to lose a lot of unwanted fat to reveal the muscles underneath, but it's impossible to say if it's from diet changes and consistent exercise or if this is really having any effect. The product itself is a reasonable price compared to competitors and there are no quality issues, so I give it 5 stars for that. Whether it's working or not, who knows, but this is how it is with supplements generally.

    I'm 35 years old male. I train 5times a week with a great training plan and pretty clean diet. Been doing this for years.
    10 years ago I had surgery on my belly, so this comes with some scaring in the fat tissue. I would say I had some stubborn fat in this area.

    This stuff works. I am all around getting leaner and my silhouette totally improve from using this supplement. Been 2weeks now. I take 2pills 30mins before hitting the gym. I can only imagine what it can be if I was to take 2pills twice a day, but I'm trying to keep it cost effective.

    As for the in the workout benefits, I am not sure.
    For the body composition benefit, I swear it works.

    Should you consider switch brand (why) make sure you get the tartrate too, which is not super common when getting L-Carnitine.
