  I don't really know if it's working or not. I managed to lose a lot of unwanted fat to reveal the muscles underneath, but it's impossible to say if it's from diet changes and consistent exercise or if this is really having any effect. The product itself is a reasonable price compared to competitors and there are no quality issues, so I give it 5 stars for that. Whether it's working or not, who knows, but this is how it is with supplements generally.
