✔ This single-phase asynchronous motor speed controller can be used for 24V, 36V, 90V motors
✔ The controller uses electronic circuit and integrated components for durability
✔ It has small size, high precision, wide speed controlling range, low power consumption and long service life
✔ It is used with single-phase asynchronous motor to realize feedback constant speed and stepless speed regulation
✔ Widely used for speed governing device drivers of packaging, printing, electronics, instrument meter, clothing machinery, medical machinery and other industries
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on 鶹. It also analyzes reviews to verify trustworthiness.
Customers like the functionality, quality, and power of the electronic switch. They mention it works well to control the DC motor from treadmills, is well-constructed, and a great product. However, some customers have reported that the voltage range is only up to 80V and doesn't cover 90V. Opinions are mixed on the power.
Customers are satisfied with the functionality of the electronic switch. They mention it works well to control the DC motor from a treadmill and has excellent torque even at very low speeds. Some also say it's a great product.

This controller works great with the 1/2 HP DC motor I bought to run my wood lathe. I did need to open it up to adjust the voltage pot as it originally did not deliver the full 90V as others have mentioned. But after that it has been working perfectly for a year now. I also bought a polarity reversing switch so the motor can run in both directions, which is nice for sanding turned items.
No circuit diagram,. It would be useful to have a range adjustment pot. I use it on a 1 hp. motor, and the speed range is all in only a quarter turn of the control.

Needed to be calibrated was easy to increase voltage to 90V but could not control minimum voltage. It would have been good if it came with instructions, wiring diagram etc.
I bought this to pair with a 90vdc 1/4HP 2.5 amp 1725rpm motor for my mini lathe. It took about two minutes to hook up and it seems to work well, it has good torque at low rpm. I am measuring 81vdc out of the box and with the pulleys I have it is scary fast. I ran it for about 20 minutes and so far have had no issues. Good product, fast delivery and a fair price. What more could you ask for. Thanks!
