I had just broke an very old, like 15 yrs old one and suddenly this appeared on the Â鶹Çø Deal Days!! Absolutely love it, nicely weighted not flimsy at all, nice large hand roll so you feel comfort in your palm not craps from gripping something too small and a very nice edge so leveling of a measuring cup of flour, scrapping dough off your countertop or scooping up some fresh cut chicken chunks is all done with easy! Another great feature is that the blade has imperial markings to help measure dough thickness or to cut strips of dough to a given measurement etc. Clean up is a breeze, put it in the top rack of your dishwasher! TIP: Keep the white cardboard sleeve that comes wrapped around the blade to protect the edges from being notched by the other tools in your kitchen drawer that are going to be oh so jealous of the 'new kid in town' ?
