Colourful, Bright, Vibrant and Durable
I am in love with this set of four nesting bowls by Vancasso. This pattern is just beautiful and I have found all sorts of uses for each of these bowls, ranging from salads in the largest one, to storing leftover rice in the smallest. The lids are not just cheap plastic lids either. They are a lot more durable, leakproof and have a good seal. While the bowls fit inside each other well, they only do so without the lids. We just keep the lids stored nearby. We have already had a lot of compliments on these bowls which are colourful, bright and vibrant. I have had other Vancasso dishes and know that they are well made, and made to last. The ceramic can be put in both dishwasher and microwave which is a bonus. The lids each have a vent so that steam can escape which is a great touch, although I no longer microwave plastic. It is so nice to have a set of bowls that look nice. I generally just store leftovers in tupperware, and have a couple of bowls that I use for salads. But since getting these, I have used these exclusively. We eat a lot of salads, and the largest (60 oz) has been used for caesar salad; the 36 oz. one holds a good sized Greek salad; the 20 oz. one makes a rice pudding that lasts me a couple of days and the smallest 10 oz one is good for a small fruit salad. There is just something nice about serving food in beautiful dishes and these fit the bill. I really like that they have dinnerware and platters to match, although even many of their plain coloured dishes would go very well with these too. These average out to a little over $15 a bowl, but at the moment there is also 10% off for more added value. I am more than happy with these, and am contemplating getting a set of these as a birthday gift for a friend who would love these.

    These bowls are absolutely beautiful and very functional. I received them just in time for a BBQ we were hosting. They were a real conversation piece for my salads. I really love the lids as well. The vendor excels at great customer service. They sent me an email to indicate that my bowls were on their way and that if I had any issues to contact them without any hesitation. I loved these bowls so much, I just ordered another version of Vancasso Nesting Bowls: Bonbon Ceramic Mixing Bowls with Lids Set of 4, Multi-Color. I look forward to receiving them tomorrow.

    Very good quality ceramic bowls. This is a very colorful and nice looking set. Making them perfect item for gifting purposes. This set contains 4 bowls of different sizes, which is nice as you can use right sized one based on your needs. They are dishwasher safe and microwave safe. Which makes it easy to use them and easy to clean them. This is a nice quality set for keeping any food item safe.

    These ceramic Vancasso mixing/serving bowls (Series SIMI) are amazing and include the perfect range of sizes.

    The SIMI series pattern is beautiful, with a really cool retro bohemian kind of vibe that I like. These patterns really are gorgeous and the line work and detailing and colour is bright and vibrant, completely unflawed.

    The bowls come in 60/36/20/10 OZ sizes, and are completely stackable along with their lids, which definitely matters when it comes to saving space. The lids are good quality and work well; going on and coming off easily, while still maintaining a good seal for food storage.

    It does not take much to realize that these bowls are made out of extremely good quality ceramic, and since I dropped one on the first day I got them and it didn’t chip, crack or break, I can say that they’ve proven to be quite durable too.

    They are oven, microwave and dishwasher safe. They make beautiful serving bowls, and work just as well as mixing bowls or for food storage. They’re super versatile, very functional, and extremely pretty. Sometimes quality cost more and these make it easy to see why - I love this SIMI line from Vancasso and would recommend these bowls; especially if you love that bohemian vibe.

    These are beautiful bowls. The colours are rich and crisp and very well done they make me smile just to look at them. I’m so happy I got these to review. I got something very similar from Costco years ago and these are better quality, and Costco, here anyway, is known for their amazing quality of products. I actually thought these might be the same brand I bought but just improved over the years but they are in fact, a different brand, very similar but again better than the ones I got from Costco. The lids all fit perfectly.

This set allows you to get 4 different sizes and be ready to store any food that is required. Though they look like it, they do not fit inside each other with the lids on, however, you can store bowls inside each other and then store the lids separately. The lids are very nice, each one can go in the fridge, microwave, and dishwasher. There are vents at the top of each lid, this will allow the steam to escape while heating your food and keep your microwave nice and clean. They are spill-proof, as well as they have a larger and thicker seal around the lid. These have come in handy in the last few days, and they are so much nicer than the plastic styles.
