Step-by-step
Sending documents to Kindle from Microsoft Word requires a Microsoft 365 subscription.
1 Microsoft Word from Mac
When you’re ready to send, go to File > Share > Send to Kindle.

When you are ready to send, go to File > Export > Send documents to Kindle.

2 Choose which format you prefer for your document. “Like a printed document” enables on-page writing with Kindle Scribe.

3 Read and annotate Word documents sent to your Kindle. Writing on the page and handwritten sticky notes are available only on Kindle Scribe.
