Step-by-step

Download and install the Kindle app for Mac.
By using Send to Kindle, you agree to the terms .
Supported File Types:
PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF, HTM, HTML, PNG, GIF, JPG, JPEG, BMP, EPUB

Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security > Extensions > Sharing.

Check the box to select Send to Kindle.

In Finder, right-click on the file you want to send, choose Share and Send to Kindle.

In Finder, right-click on the file you want to send and select Send to Kindle.
or
In Finder, select your file, open the more actions menu, and select Send to Kindle.

Open the Send to Kindle app to upload by drag and drop. You can also drop files on the Send to Kindle icon in your dock.

Connect your Kindle to your Mac using a USB cable.

Open the Send to Kindle app for Mac and open the USB File Manager.

In the app menu, choose USB File Manager under the Tools menu.

From your finder window, drag and drop files to your Kindle's documents folder.
