  My kids love these. They are simple enough and mostly straight forward to use. Distance seems pretty good. Battery life is actually pretty impressive, plus the 3 way charger makes it so easy to recharge. The old walkies we had went through AAs like crazy.
  
  Only cons: the channel is easy to change. If you short press the power button when it’s already on it’ll start cycling through the channels and my 3yr old changed it by accident a lot. Also, there’s a jack for headphones but the hole is too small to actually fit the jack in! Not a huge deal but if you want to use with headphones maybe look elsewhere.
